Sugar Cookies
Description
The best cookie to accompany a good cup of tea or coffee. :-) Makes about 24 cookies depending on the size of your cookie cutters.

In #1 bowl, add flour, baking powder and salt and mix.

In #2 bowl, add sugar and softened butter and mix.

In #2 bowl, add the egg, milk and vanilla extract and mix.

Add #1 bowl into #2 bowl and mix.

Wrap dough in tin foil and place in the fridge for 1 hour.

Preheat your oven to 375˚F (190˚C).

Take your dough out of the fridge. Rub flour on a clean surface and rolling pin. Place dough on floured surface. Roll out dough to about 1/4" thick.

Cut cookies from rolled out dough with cookie cutters. Place a sheet of parchment paper on a baking tray. Place cookies on cookie sheet about 1-2” apart.

Bake for 7 - 9 minutes.

Place cookies on a cooling rack or tinfoil on the counter and let them cool completely before consuming. Enjoy!
