I don’t include nutrition information as it varies so wildly between brands of the same ingredients. And for some recipes, you can use ingredient substitutions or optional ingredients. However, VeryWellFit has a great online calculator where you can enter the exact ingredients you use.

Living in Southern California near the coast, I don’t have much experience with high altitude baking. But King Arthur Baking Company has a helpful high-altitude baking guide that may help you adjust a recipe.
