Description

These brownies are super thick and so so so rich. I hope you like them as much as I do. :-) I use a 9" x 9" baking tin for this recipe and cut the them into thirds which gives you 9 good-sized brownie squares.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350˚F (175˚C).

  2. In your main mixing bowl, add white sugar, brown sugar, butter and mix.

  3. Add eggs, water, vanilla extract and keep mixing until smooth.

  4. Sift in slowly flour, cocoa, salt and baking powder and mix until smooth.

  5. Lightly grease a 9" x 9" baking tin and pour mix into the pan. The brownie mix will be super thick. Do your best to spread out as evenly as possible into the baking tin.

  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes. After 20 minutes, take out your brownies and insert a toothpick into the center of the brownies. If it comes out with a few crumbs or clean, you are done. If it has a lot of wet goo on it, put your brownies in for another few  minutes. (Important Note: This recipe shouldn't need more than 25 minutes of baking.)

  7. When finished baking, set tray on a cooling rack to cool. Cut into squares and enjoy with your favorite milk beverage. :-)
