Directions
-
First, pre-heat your oven to 350˚F (175˚C).
-
In your main mixing bowl, add egg, cream cheese, white sugar and salt and mix until creamy and smooth.
-
Add chocolate chips and mix them in with spatula.
-
In a large second bowl, sift flour, white sugar, cocoa, baking soda and salt together.
-
In a small third bowl, add water, cooking oil, vinegar and vanilla extract and mix gently.
-
Add the third bowl into the second bowl and mix together until creamy and smooth.
-
Add paper cupcake liners to cupcake baking tins. With your second bowl, fill each cupcake 1/3 of the way full.
-
From your main mixing bowl, top each of the cupcakes with about 1 Tbsp of the cheesecake topping. In the end, you want each of your cupcakes to be about 3/4 full.
-
Bake for 30-35 mins.
-
Take cupcake baking tins out and let them cool completely on a cooling rack or another heat resistant surface before enjoying.
