Description

Monster cookies are gluten free cookies that look like something the dog threw up. I guess that's why they are called monster cookies because they look so hideous, but they do taste good! Recipes makes about 24 cookies.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350˚F (175˚C)

  2. Into your main mixing bowl, add both sugars, butter, and mix together until smooth.

  3. Add 2 eggs, vanilla extract, Karo syrup, baking soda and continue mixing.

  4. Add chunky homemade peanut butter and mix until smooth.

  5. Add quick oats and continue mixing.

  6. Add M&M's and Chocolate Chips and mix them in by hand with a spatula.

  7. Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Scoop 2 tablespoons of cookie dough (about the size of a walnut) and place the dough balls 2 inches apart on the prepared tray. This cookie dough is super sticky so do the best you can.

  8. Bake for 12 - 14 minutes.

  9. Cookies will be soft and fragile when they come out of the oven. Let them sit for a few minutes before removing them from the baking tray and allow cookies to cool before enjoying.
